中药竹茹物质组成及其含量测定和药理作用的研究
摘要 竹茹是临床清热化痰常用中药,目前对竹茹活性成分的研究尚欠缺,产品开发尚有不足。现有文献报道竹茹中含有多糖黄酮五环三萜等化学成分,同时竹茹具有调节免疫抗炎抗肿瘤等多种生物活性因而深入对竹茹未知的成分进行分离纯化结构解析含量测定及药理活性的研究,对竹茹的开发应用有着十分关键的作用本文通过整理竹茹的相关研究文献,对竹茹的品种来源化学成分药理研究等内容进行综述,以期为竹茹质量评价方法的完善及质量标准的建立提供一定的依据

Study on the Composition, Content Determination and Pharmacological Action of Bamboo Shavings
Abstract: Bamboo Shavings is a commonly used Chinese medicine for clearing away heat and resolving phlegm in clinic. At present, the research on the active ingredients of Bamboo Shavings is still insufficient, and the relevant product development is still not enough. Existing literatures reported that Bamboo Shavings contains polysaccharides, flavonoids, pentacyclic triterpenoids and other components, and Bamboo Shavings has a lot of biological activities such as immune regulation, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and so on. Therefore, thorough study on the separation and purification, structure analysis, content determination and pharmacological activities of unknown components of Bamboo Shavings plays a key role in the development and application of Bamboo Shavings. In this paper, through sorting out the related research literature of Bamboo Shavings, the variety source, chemical composition and pharmacological research of Bamboo Shavings were summarized, in order to provide some basis for the improvement of quality evaluation methods and the establishment of quality standards of Bamboo Shavings.

竹茹为禾本科植物青秆竹Bambusa tuldoides Munro大头典竹 Sinocalamus beecheyanus ( Munro) McClure var.pubescens P. F. Li 或淡竹 PhyILostachys nigra (Lodd. )Munro var. henonis (Mitf.)Stapf ex Rendle 茎秆的干燥中间层。全年均可采制,取新鲜茎,除外皮,将稍带绿色的中间层刮成丝条,或削成薄片,捆扎成束,阴干。前者称 散竹茹 ,后者称 齐竹茹 [1]。慈竹茹也是市场上流通的品种之一。中医认为竹茹味甘,性微寒,归肺、胃、心、胆经,功能清热化痰,除烦止呕。有许多复方中配用竹茹,竹茹是中医名方温胆汤的臣药,《外台秘要》中收载竹茹汤一方,在《金匮要略》中还收载理气剂橘皮竹茹汤。竹茹目前的质量标准存在一些不足之处,《药典》规定测水分及采用热浸法测其中水溶性浸出物,缺乏对指标成分的质量控制。本文就竹茹的化学成分及质量控制研究进行综述,希望能帮助更好地控制竹茹的质量,保证其临床疗效
